There are moments in life when words seem inadequate in the face of the gratitude you feel. Today, holding in my arms the greatest gift of my life, our child, I feel the need to say a huge “thank you” to all the people at this clinic who made our dream come true. A special and deeply moving thank you to Mr. Papanikolaou. He is not just an excellent scientist. He is a man of ethics, dignity, incredible knowledge, sincere interest and true love for what he does. From the very first moment, he made us feel safe, trusting and optimistic. In every difficulty, he was by our side with patience, honesty and humanity, never treating us as just another number or just another envelope. He treated our dream as if it were his own. I also want to thank from the bottom of my heart all the staff at the clinic. The wonderful girls in the secretariat, who with a smile, a kind word and immense patience were always there to solve every question and support us at every step. The embryologists, who work quietly behind the closed doors of the laboratories, but in reality hold in their hands the greatest miracles of life. All the nursing and medical staff, who operate like a close-knit family, with absolute professionalism, responsibility and respect for every person who passes through the clinic's door. What really sets this team apart is that they put the person above all else. In an era when everything often revolves around financial gain, here I felt that the priority was the anxiety, hope and dream of each couple. I never felt like I was a client. I felt that I was a person who needed support and that I had people who were truly interested in helping me become a mother. The journey of IVF is not easy. It has tears, fear, disappointments, countless thoughts and moments when you break down. But when you have people by your side who believe in you even when you lose your faith, everything becomes more bearable. This is exactly the strength I got from all of you. Today, every time I look at my child, I know that part of this miracle is due to your scientific training, your dedication and, above all, your humanity. There are not enough words to express my gratitude. Thank you for not just giving a successful treatment. You gave life, hope, smiles and a family that will be grateful to you forever. I hope with all my heart that you will continue to give this priceless gift to every couple who walks through your door. You deserve not five, but countless stars. I would like to publicly express my immense gratitude to the Assisting Nature IVF center, as well as to Dr. Evangelos Papanikolaou and his entire excellent team. After many attempts at various IVF centers, disappointments, psychological pressure and significant financial expenses, we finally found people who treated our case with honesty, scientific seriousness and real interest in us as people and not as “incidents”. Mr. Papanikolaou was the only doctor who actually dealt with our problem, identified the real cause and spoke to us with absolute honesty from the very beginning. He did not create false hopes for us, nor did he try to exploit our anxiety financially, as we unfortunately experienced elsewhere. On the contrary, he guided us with professionalism, humanity and respect. The team at the center was always there for us with kindness, patience, and constant support at every stage of the process. On November 3rd, I heard my daughter cry for the first time. But I chose today, May 10th, on Mother's Day, to thank you publicly. My own journey to motherhood was not easy. It was a journey during which several challenges emerged, which required more than my deep desire to become a mother to overcome: they required your knowledge, experience and support. Mr. Papanikolaou will always be a milestone in my life. In addition to being an excellent scientist, he is also a serious person who respected me, supported me and chose honesty at every moment of the process, instead of marketing and easy answers. On February 20, at the age of 49, I gave birth to our only daughter with my second IVF attempt with an egg that we had retrieved when I was 42. My husband and I still cannot believe this miracle. Words are poor to express our gratitude to my gynecologist, Mr. Papanikolaou, who, in addition to the egg retrieval process, took on the monitoring of my pregnancy. A pregnancy that was difficult due to my advanced age. Mr. Papanikolaou was by our side at every moment, in every difficulty we had, not only with professionalism but also with personal interest. Together we faced the difficulties and the doctor chose the most appropriate time for the little one to be born in order to successfully prevent further complications. Mr. Papanikolaou's associate, Ms. Fotini Chouliara was always by my side not only with her scientific training but also with her personal interest and guided me every moment in this exciting but also difficult nine-month journey. I have the same medical support after childbirth, in the effort of my body to recover. Embryologist Ms. Tatiana Chartomatsidou gave us the most beautiful embryo we could ever wish to have, thank you so much! For the obstetric staff of assisting nature and the girls in the secretariat, I don't know what to write to express our gratitude and my love for all of them. You were all by our side! After all, miracles do happen at 49, but they need worthy and dedicated scientists to support them, thank you!!!

A miracle was performed from Dr Papanikolaou and his incredible team for our family! The birth of our twins was successful with the first attempt despite the odds. Through great communication, guidance and medical treatment we successfully delivered two healthy girls! Highly recommended! Through my excellent gynecologist, Ms. Anna Timologos, we learned about Assisting Nature and underwent assisted reproduction treatments (in vitro fertilization - IUI and IVF). Everything went as it should, with full information (about procedures, costs, follow-up, results) and with a lot of willingness to serve from all departments. The co-founder Mr. Papanikolaou, although he was not my attending physician, was there at many stages of the process to guide, advise and reassure. The space is spotlessly clean, very patient-friendly, comfortable and safe - I never felt like I was not in a place where I would be taken care of. Dimitra, Magda, Sofia, Eleni, Ioanna, Tatiana, Rodia, Stella, Emma, ​​Chara (proof of how many people worked with us) and all the staff, thank you very much - you deserve all the kind words from those who have with your knowledge and helpful smile. Absolute professionalism from the doctors and staff. Dr. Papanikolaou and Dr. Chouliara are exceptional doctors. The first is a renokwn scientist with research and publications in leading journals in the field. The latter, also a briliant scientist, was 100% there for my wife, at every single step of the procedure with explicit advice and information, making her feel safe and calm. That was very crucial for my wife's well-being as she had a lot of anxiety. Everyone helped, in the best possible way, from the very polite ladies at the front desk to the rest of the scientific staff. It is because of Assisting Nature that we now have a son. We will always be thankful to them all.

I highly recommend Assisting Nature for anyone having difficulties in their fertility journey. As a 26 year old with endometriosis I wanted to preserve my fertility and together with Dr. Chouliara and my midwife Sofia we decided that Social Freezing is the right way to go. My journey was smooth and comfortable thanks to their support even though this is not an easy procedure to go through. I am very happy with the way I was taken care of and the reassurance I received during this whole journey.

After receiving a recommendation for Assisting Nature from an international medical coordinator (Medistella), we had a wonderful experience with the clinic. Dr. Chouliara, Veatriki, Dr. Papanikolaou and all the other team members we worked with put lots of thought into our treatment plan, and treated us with so much kindness and honesty. Coming all the way from the USA was a challenge, but all the staff made us feel welcome and like we could rely on them. And we had much more success with achieving blastocysts than our previous cycle in the US! Plus we were able to explore the lovely city of Thessaloniki and the beautiful Halkidiki area when not at the clinic.

I cannot appraise more Dr Papanikolaou and his team in Assisting Nature! They offered us highly professional services and accommodated all our needs. Since our first visit everyone made us feel very welcome and every time all staff members welcomed us with big smiles. Dr Papanikolaou devoted significant time to thoroughly explain us all the processes, transfering his deep scientific knowledge on the subject. No-one can guarantee the result but I can assure you that with Dr Papanikolaou you are certainly having the highest chances to achieve your goal and have a baby!
